Brian has screened over 10,000 resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates during his time as an investment banker (Credit Suisse), strategy consultant (A.T. Kearney), CFO (SkyWest Airlines, sold to Virgin for USD 100 million), and an entrepreneur (CognaLearn). He has also served as a career coach for Columbia and Duke University, and currently balances a life with four children and 5stepCareers.

She pursues her passions in environmental advocacy through a non-profit she founded called Little Green Men.
